Returns

- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as special-order products, clearance items, or items marked as final sale, are non-returnable. Any product that has been used, installed, or altered in any way is not eligible for a return.
Refunds
- Full Refunds: If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Processing Fees for Customer Errors: If a return is required due to a customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item), the customer will be responsible for all payment processing fees associated with the original transaction. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items
